Meet Sassy, and how appropriate her name is! When Maggie, our fourteen-year-old standard poodle passed away (yes - very old for a standard poodle!), we returned to breeder from whom we had adopted our previous poodles. Sassy, a cockerpoo pup of only a few months was immediately in our face: Picke me! Pick me! We had only ever had big dogs, but this little girl captured our hearts.
No, she does not look like most cockerpoos; folks often take her for a different breed.
The breeder gave her the name Sassy, not knowing how utterly appropriate it was. One could also call her "Little Miss Mischief," for she is just that! Anything and any trouble she can get into, and there is there.
But how could one not fall in love with that face? Her apricot facial highlights are lovely, but her back is mostly apricot. Wouldn't she be breath-taking were she totally apricot?
In any case, she's such a lovely little scamp!
