Maxie
is an AKC registered puppy who's parents are multiple Best of
Show Conformation winners. His Dad is the second most decorated
Dalmatian of all time, and his mother is currently ranked #5 in the
USA. We have great hopes for his success as a SHOWDAL, but our
family treasures him as a family member.
Maxie has this wonderful habit of chewing everything he can get a
hold of... Toilet paper rolls (the newer the better), stuffed
animals, and web server power cords!!! Teething is such
a wonderful thing...
He's now nine months old, and has accomplished quite a stack of
conformation ribbons... including a Group 1st at a major show.
Recently, Maxie got to our cable modem and chewed the data cord. That
caused the server to go off-line for about eight hours, and we lost our
site IP address (which is dynamic)... So we were assigned a new
address and now no one who linked directly to us can find us. We
have always had a permanent
redirector page
but most people linked to us directly, and now they can't find us.
Oh well, we love our Maxie.
His hobby is running!!! He cuts like a running back and runs in
figure eights every night when I take him to the local school for
exercise... He is a laugh riot when he does that... He wants to
play Frisbee, but the breeders told us to not let him jump until he
is a year old... but he still tries to get it from us, and jumps
about eight feet in the air trying to get it... His personality...
Humm... well, let's say rambunctious... Loving... crazy...
amiable... (can't stay mad at him). He recently ate a whole tray of
cinnamon rolls off the counter, and then returned after another tray
was cooked !!! (new nickname: Hungry Boy)
