Pumpkin
is a very special dog and also a very lucky one! We were
living in California, in a house next to a lake. At that time,
Pumpkin wasn't our dog but our neighbors! Our neighbors paid no
attention to him, though, and because he was a puppy that's exactly
what he needed! So he was over at our house almost all the time.
After a while the only reason he even went home was to eat, but soon
they stopped feeding him - pretty much abandoning him. So we fed him
and he soon was at our house all the time. About a month later our
neighbors moved... left a bowl and a bag of food on the porch... no
words said... never to return.
Ever since then Pumpkin has been with us. We brought him all the way
from California to Hawaii and are happy we made the decision to do
so. We love him so much and could not even imagine life without his
interesting personality and his strange behavior. He has been through
two surgeries on his leg recently and still keeps up his hyper ways..
he thinks he's small... he thinks he scary... but we all know the
truth! He has a distinct personality all his own! He is the most
sweetest and caring dog I have ever seen and my whole family just
loves him to death :) He is part of our family now.. he even
got to go visit Santa!
