At
a very early age I knew Petu was extremely smart. It did not take
me long to teach him his tricks - oh how he loves to perform and then
get rewarded with special treats and a tummy rub. He loves visiting
his "cousin" Farrell, my sister's Doberman. They play and
chase one another for hours.
My favorite things about Petu - the way he plays "crazy
dog" after he gets his bath. He just gets so excited after he's
clean! And I can't forget all the smiles we get from passersby when
we go for a ride in the car. Who wouldn't smile at that little
raisin-eyed face propped up against the backseat car window! But most
of all, when the day is done, "My Little Petu" loves to
snuggle under my chin and fall asleep. He is such a joy!
