Mikey
is a miniature poodle. He is not like a normal dog - he skips
on his hind legs. He does this because when we found him he had a
broken leg and it was too late to heal his leg properly so we just
tried to fix it as best as we could. Now he skips when he gets really
excited or runs real fast. One time he almost went over and flipped
because he was really excited. My dog also has another human
characteristic. He gets really excited when we jingle the keys and
say "Let's go Mikey, let's go bye-bye." He goes crazy and
starts barking and jumping really high for his size. Then we open
door and he runs so we have to carry him and he jumps in the car and
- get this - he actually knows how to put down the window. I guess he
saw me do it one time and know he presses it with his paw by
scratching it really fast so it can go down and he could put his head
out. I love my dog and I feel that he is as human as me because of
what I see him do. He's the best dog ever in my eyes.
