Cricket
rules the roost over two other male yorkies, one male Chinese
Crested Powderpuff and a parrot!! She's Very Bossy to the boys;
doesn't like them "touching" her :-) Tending so many other animals
makes each day quite a challenge for Cricket. A girl's work is just
never done. Being the only girl, she is a more than a little spoiled
but she makes up for her "attitude" with plenty of kisses for her
humans. She is such a funny girl!! Bossy, haughty, but incredibly
generous with her kisses! She has Quite a Tuff time keeping these
boys and the parrot in line. Ahh, her day is very full.
Cricket particularly enjoys sniffing the air and making sure the
Rotties next door aren't outside!! And, if they are, she is a
tempoed barker; i.e. bark bark (pause) listen for their attention,
bark bark, pause, and listen again. She is Constantly keeping track
of the boys; Toby and Max (our other yorkies) and Michael the Chinese
Crested. (Michael has a huge crush on Cricket and every now and then
she allows his affectionate gaze without charging and snarling at
him.) Funny thing is they hang together; wherever Cricket is -
Michael is very near by. If not, she goes looking for him. She does
fuss at Michael, the Parrot (Ivan) and the Rotties, most. She is
most definitely the instigator in the house.
