This
is our best friend "Bart." He thinks he's one of us,
he is very intelligent and likes to do things for us. (As you can see
he likes to retrieve the T.V. remote). We love Bart a lot and
couldn't imagine life without him!
Bart is truly a wonderful dog, he is definitely a "herder"
as most Border Collies are. We have a total of eleven animals. We have
five dogs (two Pom's - Buddie and Peanut, one Dalmation - Pepper, one
border collie/ boxer mix- Buster and of course Bart) and four cats
(Dusty, Isty, Patches and Fritz), a ferret (Cookie) and an iguana
(Igor). Bart helps us get the other dogs inside and is very
protective of all our pets. He is very obedient, loyal and loving. He
loves to play catch and he'll bring it back a million times, just so
you pay attention to him. He speaks on command, rolls over, shakes
hands (paws), gets the phone (or other objects we've taught him) and
sings to us occasionally. We love Bart and all our animals very much.
