Rusty
is my best friend and his love is unconditional. When I went to
the breeder to get a puppy it was love at first sight when I saw
Rusty. He was only eight weeks old and so small and cute, I just
wanted to hug him all the time. What joy and happiness he has brought
to me and my family. Rusty is included in nearly everything we do and
is a real member of our family. I am from Australia, and moved here
to New Zealand a year ago. There was no second thoughts about Rusty
not coming with us.
What a big change for Rusty. He got quite worried
when he saw all our things getting packed up. As Rusty had never been
away from me, his worst time was being left with the carriers a day
before the flight. Rusty must have thought I was giving him away. I
felt so sad for him, but I knew we would be together again soon.
Rusty and my cat Jedi travelled on the same flight as me and when my
husband, son and I went to pick them up, Rusty just shook and cried
with happiness so much, he wet himself (the cat was saucer eyed
HA!).
Rusty is one energized little dog. He's crazy
about balls of every shape and size. His favorite is the basketball.
He will have you kicking that ball for hours if he could.It's amazing
to watch him go and fetch it after it is kicked.He just noses it back
to you with such speed and accuracy. (He'd go great in a soccer team)
Rusty and me are together all the time, as my husband and son work.
He is great company, and I never feel alone. We think Rusty is one
