My
name is Taffi, and I am a 22 month old purebred American
Cocker Spaniel. Now I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, but I
was born in Alberta, and I picked my owners in Vancouver, British
Columbia. So, as you can see, I am a well traveled, and very
pretty... if I do say so myself, little companion.
When my mommy and daddy went to the pet store where I was living
when I was just seven weeks old, I followed them out of the store -
I wasn't gonna let them leave without me! The very next day, I
traveled with my mommy and my grandpa all the way across Canada in a
little car (I like to think that I have fans everywhere now) - from
Vancouver all the way to Halifax.
I am the most special puppy that there ever ever was. My
mommy calls me a princess (I think it has something to do with the
bows in my hair) although my daddy likes to get me all snarly and
playful. My favorite toys are my squeaky cow and frog, my teddy
(which I tore the stuffing out of), and of course... the newspaper
boy. I have so many friends, like Pokey the kitty next door, Lady
the Cocker Spaniel, and a pheasant named "The Reverend" who I just
can't seem to catch.
My most favorite thing to do is go for car rides with my
mommy and daddy, or go swimming in the lake. At night though, I
sleep under the covers with only my nose peeking out. I don't know
it yet, but I have a brand new chocolate lab brother that I am going
to meet in two weeks. I think that I'll like playing with him, but
he had better not think about stealing my spot under the covers!
