This
is my Alaskan Malamute, Smokey. He's a six and a half year old
with a nice look but even more impressive is his personality. He just
helped out at our Alaskan Malamute HELP League booth at the
Pet Expo in Toronto. He was wonderful for the two days that I was
able to be there. He greeted young and old, canine and human, and got
along with everyone - he was a great ambassador for our rescue
program and malamutes in general.
I adopted Smokey two and a half years ago (from a private owner,
not rescue). He enjoys running with me as I mountain bike, just
hangin' out or sneaking onto the bed when I'm too busy with the
computer to notice.
