Here's
a picture of my little Joey. He is a Whippet puppy. Joey is
eleven weeks old. He came home, Camp Lejeune North Carolina, three weeks
ago, and has already stolen my heart. He keeps me company while my
husband is away on deployment with The Marine Corps. Joey is a very
smart pup he has already learned to sit, to come and to stay on
command :-) or as he likes to think on his command. We hope that some
day he will excel at Lure Cursing, like his mother and father. But
for now he is just enjoying his youth, as he spends his days
learning about this strange new place we call home. And trying to win
the best spot in bed on these cold February nights.
