This
is my sweet girl, Annie. She is the most gentle, loving dog I
have ever seen. She loves other dogs and especially children, and is
very patient when they pull her tail, ears, etc. She has been through
obedience school and hasn't forgotten a thing. Our little girl is
also very laid back. She loves her tummy rubbed, and doggie massages.
She often falls asleep just like a human would - on her back! She
likes to run and play, but especially swim! Annie knows when it's
time to behave or settle down. She will put her head in your lap when
you're having a bad day - she's a real "lap-rador." But she
still likes to chase a laser pointer around the house. If you are
hiding under a sheet or blanket and call her name, she will try to
"save" you by digging you out! As a New Orleans resident,
we see our share of crime. Annie is very alert in the car, and knows
the difference between nice people and troublemakers. When we take
her to the French Quarter, children and adults alike approach her -
with complete confidence that she is a gentle dog. We've been told
that you can see it in her eyes. Annie is so terrific and wonderful,
we've dubbed her "Miss Ann-berica" - a title which is
easily incorporated into whatever tune we're humming that day. She
