This
is my pal, Trevor dog. Trevor is a Jack Russell Terrier who is
three years old. He and I live in Peachtree City, Georgia, and we
love to go for long adventures on the golf cart paths throughout our
city. Trevor loves to chase squirrels and rabbits and anything else
that moves. He is always ready to go as soon as he sees me put on my
shoes and socks. He immediately starts running all over the house
looking for his leash and harness.
This Christmas he had fun running around in his Santa Claus outfit.
We toured a nursing home and he was the hit of the day to the
residents. He had a little trouble keeping his hat on though. Every
time he would shake after being petted, it would fall off his head.
He loves to sleep late under the covers and refuses to get up until
12:20 PM every day. Then he will come wandering out of the bedroom
rubbing his face and eyes, ready to start another exciting day. He
got a new food bowl for Christmas and is having a lot of trouble
adjusting. He will grab the food out of it and run over to the other
side of the room to eat. Who knows why? He absolutely refuses to be
left at home when I have to run errands. He knows that when we get to
the store, he is supposed to ride in the buggy and will run straight
to it and jump up to get in. He will then lie down and is very still
so that we won't get thrown out of the store. Of course, his favorite
store is Petsmart where he can run around and terrorize the other
animals, and he does make his presence known. He is definitely my
buddy and I would have six more just like him if I had the space.
