Kayleigh
is a six-year-old German Shepherd mix who lives just outside
of Orlando, Florida. When I adopted Kayleigh from the local Humane
Society at the age of nine months, she had a rap sheet to rival any
convicted criminal; but from the moment I brought her home she has
been nothing but a wonderful companion, faithful friend and loving
pet. She's much more social than I am and she knows more people in my
apartment complex than I do! It makes me wonder what she does when
I'm at work! Kayleigh is a great travelling companion too. She always
accompanies me on my 1,100 mile drive back home to Pennsylvania. She
has helped several people to overcome their fear of dogs because of
her loving and friendly nature.
