This
is my Yellow Lab puppy, Abby, she is eight-weeks-old in this
picture. Abby is the most loving dog in the world. When she comes in
the house at night she loves coming up and snuggling in your
lap. We have a lake right up the street from our house. We are
just now introducing the lake to her, she doesn't go too far out in it
yet, but I know that she will love it when she gets a little bigger.
Now we are teaching her how to play fetch, but she just likes playing
"keep away" and not letting us get the ball. Overall she is
a wonderful dog!!
Abby is about eleven-months-old now. She isn't quite sure of the
water at the lake yet. We go up there at least once a week. She is
getting more comfortable with getting her feet in the water. But when I
through her tennis ball she looks at me weird like "why did you
through that out there?" I went out in a little row boat and she
came with me, she wanted to get in that water so bad, she had her
little paws in the water helping me row, but she wasn't quite sure
about going in yet. She has finally stopped digging in the gardens,
and chewing up shoes. So she is really growing up to be a beautiful
and very obedient dog.
