Hi,
my name is Rooby. I'm a very cool looking Miniature Dachshund and I live
with my humans in Dallas, Texas. I was born on Valentine's Day, 1999, which is
probably why I am so sweet. My color is called Blue Dapple and it really gets
people's attention (which I love!). At night, I sleep in my crate on the
nightstand next to my humans' bed. They're hoping I'll eventually get to the
point where they can move the crate to the floor, but I'm thinking I like the
nightstand idea pretty well! My favorite hobbies are chasing my older sisters,
Pristine and Mocha (they're Cats so they don't enjoy it quite as much as I do),
playing with my stuffed bear which is larger than I am, and hanging out on my
float in our pool. When we go for walks, people stop their cars to ask what I
am!! One lady thought I was a stuffed animal because I was so tiny. I am very
happy and energetic, and I'm a constant source of laughs and entertainment for
everyone around me (except maybe the Cats)!
