We
adopted Teddy form our local Humane Society when he was twelve
weeks old. He was found abandoned in Yellowstone National Park when
he was only about eight weeks old. We believe that Teddy is a pure
"Melange" (a coincidental mix of our favorite dog breeds:
Aussie, Spaniel, and Golden Retriever).
He is very smart, charming, cuddly and irresistibly adorable - a real
"Teddy Bear!"
Before we adopted Teddy he was in foster care where he broke his leg
when he jumped off a balcony. He has since fully recovered and has
proven to be quite an agile athlete (due to the Aussie in him). He is
extremely obedient and likes to stay real close by; I think he
remembers what it was like being frightened and lost all alone in
Yellowstone. Teddy is our perfect pup because we know that he was
Heaven Sent from our beloved dog Spanky who passed away this year.
