This
This is my lovely pet Niko. He is a ten-month-old male Doberman. We live in
Kyrenia in North Cyprus. Niko is so special to me because he loves to be with me
24 hours of the day. When I go out for work he comes with me and guards my work
van with pleasure, and when I finish work we go for walks on the mountains (his
favorite time of the day). He is very special to me.
Niko is a very sensitive dog, as any other purebred doberman, he has the guarding
instinct in his genes. He is very protective when it comes to guarding the truck
or my house. He has never been keen on playing games even when he was a puppy
(one of the reasons I decided to keep him). He was very unsociable as a puppy and
it took me long and patient training hours to socialize him. He is gentle to
visitors once he is introduced (by me or my wife) and can tolerate strangers...
He is a wonderful companion all round.
