This
is our four and a half year old Nova Scotia Duck Tolling
Retriever, Ginger a.k.a. Ch. Kylador's Effervescent Ginger. The breed
is called Tollers for short. The picture was shot at one of Ginger's
favorite places, Malden Park in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. She is busy
searching for ducks or geese (psssst... look behind you Ginger!).
When there aren't any around, then either a ball or a frisbee will
suffice.
Tollers are a very active breed! Ginger is a real ham when it comes
to taking pictures. My wife Linda is photographer and has been doing
pet photo's for a number of years (although this picture was done by
me). Ginger likes wearing goofy outfits and posing. She even has her
own leather biker jacket and hat!
