This
is Bean-Bean. He was adopted from the Vancouver (British Columbia,
Canada) SPCA on August 20, 1998. We do not know his age or breed,
although we have been told he is everything from a pomeranian,
Papillion, Maltese, Shih-tzu, poodle, terrier... he's probably a mix of
all of those! We call him our 'miscellaneous' breed dog. Bean-Bean has
a little stumpy tail that looks more like a rabbit's tail and when he is
playing he sometimes plays like a cat.
Bean-Bean has had a difficult life, as the SPCA had records of him being
returned or abandoned several times. After a challenging transition
period, he has now settled nicely into life with our family. He is an
extremely bright dog and understands words in English and Chinese. He
loves being cuddled, running in the park, ice cream, hot dogs, napping
on cozy blankets and playing with his best buddy, Bunny (the old
maltese-poodle).
