My
dog is special cause she looks so mean but she is the most lovable
dog there is. She knows many simple tricks, but if you ask her for a
kiss she knows what that means. She is so huge but gentle at the same
time. We gave her the name Bella Donna because Bella Donna is a name of
the most deadly flower but at the same time the most beautiful... We
thought it would suit her cause of her breed but it turns out that she
is only beautiful =)
Bella enjoys the snow very much... sometimes too much, she never wants
to come inside... She knows simple tricks, if I snap my fingers she
knows to sit, if I snap them twice she knows to lie down, and if I tell
her "all the way down" she lies down sideways... We take her
to a dog park here in Montreal and there is where she has all of her
friends, she'll be sitting next to me and I will tell her, "go get
'em!" which is not a command to attack but to go and play and she
does... She runs like a race horse and is faster then any other dog
there... She's like a football player and can dodge those dogs like
nothing.
We also have a cat, which is her best friend, they both lie down
together all the time, which is something you don't see often ... She
likes to rollerblade with me in the summer and walk in the snow with me
in the winter. She loves chasing squirrels, which is something that can
be cute, only if she's not on her leash =) she is a big strong dog and
if she sees a squirrel that is the only time I can not stop her. =)
Sometimes we'll walk by a tree and she'll just stop at the tree looking
up at the top of it hoping to see a squirrel. Very cute thing to see...
She enjoys car rides, she hears the car keys and goes nuts, starts doing
her little dance where she spins around and jumps high in the air. Well,
that's all I can think of off the top of my head, she has though the
most incredible personality for a dog that I have ever seen, so playful
so gentle so caring... smarter than she looks and always full of energy
and gives so much love.
