This
is Dwiezel! Dwiezel is a male Long-Haired Miniature Dachshund. I
first saw Dwiezel (also know as "Bugaloo") in a pet store. He was already five
months old. A breeder couldn't get rid of him because his front legs were too
crooked and he had been born without any dew claws. So he had been given to this
pet store in a mall. It was love at first site! I had wanted a Long-Haired
Miniature Dachshund for a very long time, but since I already had two dogs,
Shenzi the Border Collie/Samoyed mix, and Sable the retired ex-racing Greyhound,
I felt that I didn't deserve a third. But once I held him that first time, I knew
I could never give him back. Dwiezel is a behavior graduate -- which is no small
feat for a Dachshund! Eventually, I would like to see him try for his CGC and
maybe get into a little agility training. His crooked little legs have never
slowed him down!! My "Little Man" is one of the greatest joys in my life!!
