I
was born in November of 1988 in Venice, California into a large
family. I was then adopted by a caretaker who moved me to Malibu where I
was free to roam the beach.
My owner loved the Los Angeles Lakers so much that he
named me after "Magic" Johnson. I was loved by everyone. One of my
owners friend's loved me so much that he got a three inch
basketball autographed to ME from Magic Johnson! WOW was that kool.
Being a loved spoiled child, I could not get along with my new parent,
so before we killed each other, I moved in with his friend in Beverly
Hills. Life got better. I had five cats to play with, canyons to roam
during the week and the beach on week ends.
About eight years ago, a neighbors dog fell in love with me and moved in
with us. She's neat. In 1995, my Mercedes was getting to small for the
three of us, so I got my own Range Rover, with my name on the plate, 1
MAGIC! I must be special. Would you believe it, the first day I got it,
I fell out and broke my leg!
For 30 days, my owner slept next to me on the floor carrying me to the
bathroom two or three times a night (and I wet his leg regularly). Well
after another 60 days, I healed perfectly and I have since adopted a
neighborhood stray.
I'm so lucky, I have never known a day or night that of my life that I
haven't been loved or special.
