Cinder
is special because she is so trainable and tractable. When she
was just one and a half years old her co-owner (Dad) was diagnosed with
terminal cancer. She performed for her other co-owner (Mom) and achieved
the National Derby List. This was accomplished before she turned two
years of age and travel was after Dad's surgery. She was just two when
she was on the oncology floor of an Anchorage Hospital for nineteen days
visiting and offering unconditional care to many terminal patients. This
little dog was by the side of her owners for three months while cancer
claimed the life of her Dad. Cinder has proven to give Mom a reason to
go on and continue this exciting first time amateur adventure of
training a field trial and hunt test dog.
