This
is my dog, Sparticus. I saved Sparti from his owner when he was ten
weeks old. He is a purebred Great Dane and his previous owner was a
breeder. A woman told my wife about him and I had to run and get him
quickly. The breeder told me she would sell him for the cost of the
first shots, $50. Either I buy him or she was going to put him to
sleep! You see, Sparticus is deaf, so he was of no use to her, she
couldn't show him or breed him so she didn't need him. He is seven years
old now. He understands hand signals, protects the house my wife and
myself very diligently, and is a very loved member of my family.
