Max
was adopted from the local SPCA on Thanksgiving weekend, 1993 and
both he and his owners have been thankful ever since. He's terribly
spoiled, even to the point of pushing a cookie treat back with his teeth
if it's not the kind he had hoped to get. But what can you expect from a
dog who's pampered to the point of getting a homemade biscuit every
morning after he does his "business"? He's also terribly
stubborn and strong-willed, which seem to be common tendencies of most
Terriers. At the same time he's loveable and snuggly, often spending the
night between his mommy and daddy in bed and always lavishing us with
kisses when we return home. He tolerates his dog food, but seems to save
some of his appetite for "people food" handouts from the
table. His favorites include pizza crust, hot dogs, and ice cream.
