Trey
is a Handsome Yorkie. He is my best friend. He is always there for
me. His given name is Sir Daniels of Hoops. My husband loves basketball.
We call him Trey or Trey Trey because he was the 3rd addition in our
family (aka Trey, Trey Trey, Pooky, Snorkey Yorkie, Pooh Bear). Trey was
an engagement present from Steven. I had taken him "outside"
one evening when two men tried to abduct me at gunpoint. My first thought
was to get Trey to safety. After tossing him out of the way I panicked
and began to scream. Several neighbors turned their outside lights on
and the men drove away without me or Trey Trey. We were both
traumatized. The vet suggested that we get Trey Trey a pet to help keep
him busy which we did instantly. She helped keep us both busy. Trey and
I have a very strong bond between us that most beings do not understand.
We are in many ways part of each other. We share an experience that no
one else shared that Friday evening. Trey thinks he is my protector. He
is very aware of my feelings and emotions. If I cry he licks the tears
from my eyes with a fierce intensity. It is hard to watch a sad movie
with him or have a cold and sniffle. Trey is very funny and a big ham.
He loves to have his photo taken, go for walks, let the wind blow his
hair, lick people, play with his toys, open presents, eat baby food,
ride in the car, and be by my side. He also loves his pet Tiffany;
however, he would never admit to it in public. He is the greatest friend
in the world and I am proud to be his Mom. I love my Trey Trey.
Tiffany (a.k.a.: Tiffany, BoBo, BoBo the great
cricket hunter, Princess, Her Royal Tiffiness, Pumpkin, Baby head, The
Rabbit) is a beautiful love bug. She is actually our Yorkie Trey's pet.
She is a spunky little girl with an incredible personal will and
strength. She was sick twice before she was even a year old. Her spirit
and singing "Jesus loves the little Min. Pins" saved her life.
She has no fear of life. She is very fragile with no sense of what she
can't do. Tiffany has taught me many life lessons. She is definitely the
princess in our home and she knows it. She is also a tremendous Frog
hunter. My husband and I have to fight her and that will of hers to keep
her away from them. Once she sees a frog she will cry for it for a hour.
She will even fake having to go "outside" just to get at it
again. She is very determined. She is also a love bug. She wants to be
held all of the time ( unless she could be laying in the sun or in front
of the fireplace. In those cases she as independent as a cat.). She
thinks she is going to freeze to death if the temperature drops below 80
degrees. Tiffany loves to be held like a baby, be kissed on the neck and
only the neck, rapped up in her baby blanket, deflea her baby dolls
(like a good little Mommie would), go through the drive thru at Burger
King, bark like a full size Doberman Pincher, hunt bugs, smack frogs,
tan in the sun, be over dramatic, wrap her Granddaddy around her little
paw, wrap her Daddy around her little paw, eat dried earthworms, and
ride in the Drivers seat (boat & car), and of course take warm/hot
baths. She is just the babe next door. She is my like sweetheart.
