Life
is the best dog in the world. He has a lot of energy when he is
outside and he likes to smile a lot. He is so smart that he knows what
I am thinking just by looking at me. I don't walk him on a leash
because he is totally obedient and has the best disposition. We use
voice commands and hand signals. Life is a big lover. People get tense
around him because he is a big dog, but once they meet him they fall
in love with him. Life is also a great protector. He never fails to
alert me to anything that is amiss. He sleeps with me and kept me warm
through the cold winter. He likes to take me on long walks around OSU
so he can meet all kinds of people, and sometimes other dogs. He is
the first dog I have ever had. I got him when he was 8 weeks old and I
would never give him up under any circumstances. People are not used
to his color, which is called Blue Merle. People ask all the time if
he is a greyhound or a Dalmatian, I don't get it. People think that
having a bigger dog means more trouble, I think just the opposite, it
means more love. I am always proud to walk him and knowing that he is
the best dog in the world always puts a smile on my face.
