Ally
is a wonderful member of our family. She turned three years old on
Feb. 14 and is a perfect Valentine! She was adopted from an animal
shelter where I was a volunteer. We think she is a combination of
australian cattle dog, collie-smooth coat, and maybe some german
shepherd added for good measure. It doesn't matter what her breed,
she is an angel.
She loves to "herd" the cats at home and our old grouchy
chihuahua too. I bring home and take care of lots of orphaned kittens
from the animal shelter, and Ally makes it her job to help take care
of them. Nothing makes her happier than when little kittens are
crawling and playing all around her. Ally is proof that you can find
wonderful pets at an animal shelter. She is just the best! Ally's
family lives in Washington State, and includes five humans, two other
dogs, four cats, and always many foster cats waiting for new forever
homes.
