My
dog's name is Mickey. My dog is sooo special because of a number of
reasons. She slides down the playground slides with the kids and adults,
she plays stick 'em up with her paws in the air, and when you say bang,
bang, she falls over and plays dead. She dances on her hind legs, chases
her tail, tells jokes, crawls, plays fetch with frisbees and balls,
fetches my sneakers, socks, or leash on command, puts her toys away in
her basket, and still snuggles like she is a puppy. She has won the Good
Citizen Award and has earned money for advertising for a local website.
She was shown on the Channel 10 news one Saturday in a crowd at the Park
Avenue Festival. I hope my dog is chosen because she is a very important
part of my life and has made it better every day. She is always in a
good mood and always is there for me when I need her.
