Brumle
is a lovely dog who loves to run and play with his brother
Caesar. They have become very good friends and they show each other all
the time how much they love each other. There is only six months age
difference between them, but they have the same parents. Caesar had an
operation because of bad eyes. He got narcosis and slept through the
whole thing. After he was finished, we went to the breeder to visit her.
Caesar laid on the floor sleeping. Brumle was walking around and
suddenly he paid a lot of attention to Caesar. Brumle tried to get
Caesar to wake up, he put his foot on him and pushed him a little bit.
He also tried to move him with his nose. We wondered why he did all
this, so we went to check on Caesar. Then we found out that he was no
longer breathing. We didn't get any reaction with him, there was no sign
of life left. We started to give him heart massage but nothing happened.
When the veterinarian arrived, she took over and got him breathing
again. We are sure that hadn't it been for Brumle, Caesar would no
longer be alive. We thank Brumle for saving Caesar's life and we are
sure that Caesar would have done the same thing for Brumle, had it been
the other way around.
