Chase
has been a family dog from day one. We brought her home and she
immediately bonded with our entire family. Chase got the first part of
her name from our daughter. She would tell me "Mommy, the puppy is
chasing me!" So she decided to name her Chase. Chase got her AKC
name from an act she carried out. As I was serving dinner one night,
Chase decided that she wanted a taste of the fried chicken that was on
the table. Well, needless to say, when my husband's back was turned,
Chase was up on the table licking his chicken! Thus the name Chase the
Chicken Licker.
Chase is always wanting to be where the
"humans" are and does not like to be alone. Chases'
companion's name is Zeus, a German Shepherd Dog. They can't stand to be
alone. They are the best of friends. Chase has another role where Zeus
is concerned... Mommy!
