Sunday in May Grammie walked in the Cancer walk for dogs in New
York City. She is a American Staffordshire terrier, a female and very
sweet and loving. This is her photo from the parade.
Grammie is special because she is a rescue dog. We rescued her. She
was found tied up in the Bronx in the basement with her babies. We
don't know what happened to her babies, though. She love everyone and
is gentle. She is also very protective of us. Her big trick is when
she is about to go out for a walk, she races all around the apartment
grabbing her toys. She sleeps in our bed with her head on my shoulder
and moans to me at night. She also snores on occasion which we find
cute.
