Rufus
is one now but was about four weeks old in this picture. He's
half beagle, half boston terrier. I never even expected to get this
great dog. My family already had two great dogs and I was just about
to graduate and go away to grad school. My mom knew I was going to
miss them very much and during a neighborhood lawn sale she was
looking though the items and saw that free puppies were being offered.
She chose the only male and when I came to pick her up she had this
small sleep little striped puppy.
Rufus is the greatest because he's always been an extremely fast
learner. He learned to sit and shake and wait to go outside at about
5-7 weeks old. He just the right size for an apartment dog and rarely
barks. (My sister got his sister and she seems to bark all the time.)
Rufus is just a great dog he's always happy to see me and is active
when he goes outside but is perfect loafing around dog inside.
