Luna,
a blend of Detroit's finest canine genes, is an alumnus of the
Michigan Humane Society. The day I went to the Michigan Humane Society
to rescue a puppy I saw a litter of nine of the cutest puppies I had
ever seen. One puppy really caught my attention. Luna, was going from
puppy to puppy, licking and cleaning all of her brothers and sisters.
She appeared to be the caretaker of the litter. At that instance I
knew Luna was a special dog. From the moment I took her home she
became the leader of the house. Luna's favorite hobbies are running at
the park, fishing, swimming and chasing squirrels and bunnies.
Thankfully, she hasn't caught one yet. Of course sleeping takes up a
lot of her day as well.
