Holly
is a very special dog. We found her at the pound; she had been
adopted once before, but was returned because she grew into a 50-pound
dog (imagine that from a German Shepherd mix!). The minute we saw that
sweet, scruffy face and those soulful brown eyes, we knew she was the
pup for us! We've had Holly for nine months now, and in addition to
being the hit of the local dog park, she has also befriended the many
squirrels and birds that inhabit our back yard. Holly enjoys chasing
her kitty brother, Casey, and going for long walks around the
neighborhood. True to her happy-go-lucky nature, she even likes
visiting the vet's office. In fact, Holly's the vet's favorite client
and enjoys a very special "privilege" whenever she boards
there: In addition to taking her own daily walks, she gets to
"help" walk the other canine boarders, as well!
