Buddy
is the light of my life. He is the first dog I have ever owned
and he is truly spoiled. As with most Shiba Inus, his favorite word is
"mine!" He may not want it at that moment but nobody
else can have it. He will stand guard over a chew toy for hours. He
thinks he owns me not the other way around and he has me trained very
well. One jump at the door and I open it - Cool trick he taught me
huh? One rattle of his empty food dish and presto - fresh kibble! He
is very cat-like. He is a clean dog and hardly ever barks (unless he
is scared). He goes to bed in his crate by himself every night. He
loves long walls in the snow. He is a little thief though and pens are
up there on his list of things to destroy but he will always give them
up for a treat. He is very smart but also very head-strong. He weighs
about 25 pounds now. He has made my life much happier and I wouldn't
trade him in for the world. He is my Buddy.
