My
dog, Spunky, is a Wire Hair Fox Terrier. He has a giant black heart
on his back which is so appropriate for the dog who loves life and
everyone in it! Spunky is loved by all (adults and children alike) who
have met him over the last seven and a half years he has graced this
Earth! He loves weekends, when he gets to go with his mom to the horse
stable and visit Alvin the horse. Once at the stable, Spunky runs to
the pasture with his mom to get Alvin and bring him into the stable to
be cleaned and saddled. Once the horse is saddled, Spunky goes with
Alvin and mom, running through the fields, into the woods, through
puddles, jumping over fallen trees and whatever other obstacles are in
the way. Eventually we make our way back to the stable area, clean off
the horse and prepare to go home. Spunky runs to the family car, where
he is treated with "cookies in the car" (dog biscuits) for his
journey home. Within minutes he is fast asleep.
