Jefferies
entered our family when she was just three months old. She is
named after my husband's favorite baseball player (Gregg Jefferies) and
had her name long before we actually purchased her. The ad in the paper
said she was a full-blooded beagle, but we tend to think she was a mix
and the runt of the litter. She is a tiny beagle, who everyone thinks is
the cutest thing they have ever seen. My parents love Jefferies and
threaten to keep her every time we go to visit. Jefferies loves to play
fetch with a tennis ball, but her favorite thing is her stuffed animal.
When she sees us come home, her tail and butt wag so much that it almost
touches her head!
