arf! Hi my name is JustJack, but you can call me Jack for
short. My Dad brought me home from the pet store two months ago.
I tricked him into taking me home by being calm and loveable at
the pet store. Being a Jack Russell Terrier, it's really hard for
me to stay calm for long, but I'm pretty loveable when I want to
be. My Dad tells everyone that if I wasn't so cute, I'd be back
at the store by now. But I know he's only joking.
I love to chase all sorts of things like big dogs, leaves,
shadows, and even cars. But Dad won't let me chase the cars. I
also like to chew on things. Although I have lots of chew toys,
my favorite things to tear up are cardboard boxes, trash, and
sticks I bring in from outside. I like to shred toilet paper too.
Dad really likes it when I sneak off and shred a whole roll of
toilet paper! And I love it when we play keep away with it. We
decorate the whole house with streams of toilet paper. It's a lot
of fun!
Dad says I'm the smartest dog he's ever had. I'm only four months
old and I already know how to come when called, sit, lay down,
stay, and even beg. I'm even housebroken, but I'm not letting Dad
know that yet. He really likes it when I leave presents for him
in the house. Maybe someday I'll start leaving them outside. But
for now, I'll just keep hiding them around the house for Dad to
find!
