My
dog Scout is my best friend in the world. I received her as a
gift when I graduated from high school in 1996 when she was only
five months old. From the moment when I first set eyes on her at the
local dog pound, I knew she was the dog for me. She loves the
outdoors!! She loves to run, bask in the sunshine, ride in the
car, eat doggy cookies, and most of all, she loves to rollerblade
with me in our neighborhood. The neighbors always smile and wave
as we fly by. They know us as "Scout and her human." She sleeps
with me in my room, and if I'm hogging too much of "our" bed she
always nudges me with her cold, wet, nose or paws at my arm. She
knows lots of really cool and very original tricks, too! Now that
I've finished college, I'm looking for a job in a very nice
location where I know Scout will be just as happy as she is here.
She's the best dog in the world!
