Cruiser
is simply a wonderful companion! He loves everybody and
is just the happiest puppy. He truly lives up to the Vizsla
reputation as the "velcro" dog. Even as he continually gains
weight, he loves to be as near to me as possible (mostly on me)
all the time. We lay on the couch and watch TV together, and he
sleeps in my bed with his head propped up on his own pillow. He's
also quite fond of trying to sit on my lap when I drive (but we
don't allow that anymore).
He is an instinctual hunter and loves to point on pigeons and
other birds down on the Boston Common. He will slink down and
slowly approach a bird, flush 'em out and then jump in the air to
bite them as they fly away (no success yet). Sometimes he'll
actually attract a crowd of onlookers. He loves to play with his
friends, Bixby, the Flatcoat Retriever; Norman, the Golden Lab;
Morey, the German Shepherd; and Champ, the little Westie. He
loves to wrestle and run in endless circles. He loves everybody
he meets and is always willing to greet anybody with a big kiss.
