About Us
Koko, the Dog of the Day
Name: Koko
Age: One year old
Gender: Female Breed: Gordon Setter
Home: London, England

My name is Koko, I am a Gordon Setter and I live in London, England. I like running in the park and at night I like to cuddle with my big sister Luna, who is also a Gordon and is two. The small photo; that's me running on the funny frozen beach in Le Touquet, France and the bigger one is afterwards in the motor home we hired at Christmas to visit our Dad's family in Rome, Italy.

Koko is from a litter of the first test tube Gordon's, here in the UK. Her parents are Dam: Sh Ch Laurelhach Forget-Me-Not Sire: Liric The Jolly Swagman. Koko was supposed to go to a family in America; however, due to the Foot and Mouth Problems here in the UK last year was not allowed to go... this was a great joy for us amongst a terrible disaster. Koko is very talkative, always letting us know of her presence! She's a powerful runner and likes to be directed from afar with the whistle to find her way back. Her biggest joy is to spot a bird in the park and prepare herself for the hunting game... where she walks one tiny step at a time, very very slowly until she thinks she's close enough to get it, then BAM!!! She leaps at it... she hasn't caught one yet... but dreams of it in the night, when she twitches her feet and blinks her eyes in her sleep. In France on the beach however she caught a fish... but it wiggled too much and she let it go! Koko is so very affectionate... she purposely gets up to give you a kiss, then goes back to her nap. She uses her paws a lot... if you are talking to her, she will try to interact with you! First thing in the morning she nibbles either your ears or nose. Her naughtiest habit is to steal... she's very crafty and fast! Her favorite is my makeup from my handbag. To cut the long story short... Koko is fun, aristocratic and full of intelligence.
