Bobby
has had a rough life until he came to us. Like many dogs of his
breed, he was bred for hunting birds and was taken to the animal shelter
because he didn't make a good hunting dog. Thank goodness for the folks
at americanbrittanyrescue.org who rescue him from being put to sleep and
rehabilitated him for adoption. We were looking for a special dog
to adopt and we found him on the rescue webpage. We had him flown from
Platt City, MO to be with us in California!
Bobby is the best dog I know (I'm probably biased). Everyone in the
neighborhood likes him because he's really well behaved and very handsome
looking. He's a joy to have around and a great companion. He always
know when I need him to be near me. I love how he sleeps on his back
with his feet up in the air. I love how he makes the little grunting
noises and how his feet move as if he is running when he's dreaming.
Bobby is a perfect dog! Well, maybe except for two things: He leaves
his toys out in the living room (he has a lot of toys) and he eats the
grapes right off the vine in the garden before we get a chance to get to
them!
