Our
dog's real name is Silverbella's Perfect Star, but we call him
Cricket because a country dog doesn't need such a fancy name. But he
was born to be a show dog. It's kind of funny that we named him Cricket
because when we first got him, he didn't jump, but now that he knows us,
he's just like a cricket jumping all the time!
Cricket's also quite funny because he herds cars and chickens and his
favorite, our ATV four-wheeler, more than he herds sheep and cows! Another
funny thing about Cricket is that since he's supposed to be a show dog,
and show dogs usually aren't allowed to get muddy, but he sure does love
to roll around in the mud! And we sure do love him - whether he's muddy or not!
