Our
dog Josephine, aka Josie, is so special. We adopted her from a
local rescue group over a year ago. We can't believe someone gave her
up. She is such a sweet dog. We always knew she was special, but
it became evident that other people thought so too when we took her to
Carmel. Wherever we went, strangers would stop to pet or feed her.
While we were eating dinner, one person even came over just to say hello
to her. All the neighbors know her by name. We may not know them, but
they know her. My husband and I joke saying the neighbors must be
thinking "Oh, there's Josie and the people who walk her." She just has
a "golden" personality and makes friends wherever she goes.
