His
name is Zachariah, Zach for short... he's a Boston Terrier, who's
bouncier than Tigger! He is just four months old in this picture, and
he's special because I need a dog in my life, and my twelve-year-old Boston
died earlier in last year.
Zach is brilliant and totally mad. He's now a year old, and loves to
race me up the stairs when I'm going up for something and then he jumps
backwards and sideways at the same time on to the last step around the
corner. He loves to drag downstairs the covers he sleeps on. He proudly
prances around the house and garden with them, trying hard not to trip
himself up! When it's feeding time he doesn't "shake hands." Instead,
I've taught him to "Give me five"!! He has inherited lots of toys but he
has some new ones of his own and he particularly loves the sausages on a
rope. He chews through the rope and off come the sausages. (Not real
ones!)
He likes water and I hope to take him to a special swimming pool for
dogs to see how he does. Owners can go in with their dog.
