Hi,
my name is 'Champ'ion. I'm a dashing young stud. I'm three years
old, with many champions in my family tree. In fact, I'm the grandson
of the famous, Quartz Dei Templari VA7 SchH 3 Kkl 1a. Do I have the
goods to make a name for myself on my dashing good looks?
Sincerely, Champ
Champ's personality is almost perfect. He is friendly and playful
with other dogs and people. On the other hand, if he were to meet an
aggressive dog, he responds appropriately. What I mean is that he
will defend his property and owner. To give you an example, when
this aggressive, mean pit bull walks by the house, I see that he goes
into a defensive mode. He also alerts me of any unusual activity
outside the house. Another example of his super personality is that
he reads my mind. When a salesman rings the bell, Champ is there
with me. One time I was being polite and refused their offer, when
they insisted continuously, Champ started to show signs of
aggression with his growling voice. They seem to understand what
Champ is saying, they promptly leave the premise.
When friendly dogs approach, he turns into a little kid, so to speak!
For tricks, I really didn't teach him to jump through a hoop or
anything, but he respond to hand signals. He sits, stays, lays down,
knows the away signal and of course the come signal. His favorite game
is hide and seek. What I do, I take a variety of objects, a toy, a ball
or sock and go hide it in another room. I come back to where Champ is
and give him the ok. He runs after and finds it in time, depending on
the difficulty. Talk about being affectionate, he is tops, he even shows
empathy when he sees I hurt myself. In the beginning, I said almost
perfect, his only draw back is that he is a womanizer. He likes the girls.
