This
is Hobson. He is the best dog ever. His nicknames are: Sammy the
Bull, Hobsy Bobsy, Hobs, Hobsie, Mr. Hobs, and Pup. He can understand
english so easily.As you can see, Hobson loves to swim, especially in
August. Sometimes it makes it hard for him, because when he was a pup,
his mother stepped on him, and hurt him a lot (his dog mother, I
mean). Hobson was also born with arthritis in his elbows. My father and
mother are Veterinarians, and are doing an outstanding job with helping
Hobson feel better. The breeders we got Hobson from said he would only
live till he was two, so to prepare the family for early death. Hobson is
doing great, and is five years old. He likes walks, going for car rides,
and going to get a bath (he knows the phrase, "Does hobsie want to go
get scrubbing bubbles and go bye-bye in the car?") He jumps up and down.
He knows the word leash too! Hobson is definitely my best friend, and he
loves me and my family so much. Even though he might not live longer
than other dogs (God forbid), I am spending almost every moment of my
life with him, and enjoying it greatly.
