This
is my Pug, Jade, also known as "JJ," "MooMoo," "Ugly Puppy," or
just "Jay". I've had Jade since she was ten weeks old. I always dreamed
of having my very own dog to raise and love. I nagged my mother for
years and years and she always promised that she would get me a dog. So,
when I saw Jade at a local pet store I just had to have her. She was so
tiny and cute but ugly all at the same time I had to have her, so the
next day we went and bought her.
She was such a shy little quiet thing at first. All she would do is
crawl under the sheets and fall asleep right next to me. Over time Jade
grew from this three pound little thing to this 25 pound dog that I have
now. Jade has changed 100% since I first got her. Now she barks
(non-stop) runs wild all over the house, plays with anyone that's
willing to play with her, jumps on anything she can get up on, eats
everything and anything that fits in her mouth. And if it doesn't fit in
her mouth, she'll find a way for it to fit. One trait that has not
changed, though is her undying loyalty to me. She's always been there on
my lonely nights where I felt lost and empty. To this day all I have to
do is call her up to my bed open up my blanket a tiny bit and she'll
run over and lay under the blanket and cuddle up besides me. She's been
a real handful but I still love her. I mean look at that face... it
just cries out "I love everyone!"
